Ted Bourque
Ted Bourque joined Residential Properties Ltd in 2014 as a sales agent and former partner in the Leading Group. A group of dedicated and professional Realtors® serving Rhode Island, as well as, Southeastern Massachusetts; the team has continually earned the distinguished Platinum Sales distinction in sales volume for The Northern Board in 2014,-2021. Bourque has earned several awards of distinction for relocation and sales in 2016, 2017, and the coveted Diamond Award in 2018 from Residential Properties.
 
Bourque is multi-million dollar producer in residential and commercial property sales in Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts. Bourque is an active member of the board and participates in multiple committees. Bourque is adept in assisting clients with single family home, multi-family home, and new construction purchases and sales.
 
Prior to Residential Properties, Bourque enjoyed a successful seven years as Vice President of Customer Relations at a prominent Rhode Island title and closing company. Bourque's marketing efforts resulted in over 1200 closings in the title business. Bourque has built a solid foundation in Real Estate which includes: Real Estate Investing, rehabilitation projects, and new construction. Bourque participated and organized First-Time home buying classes with community agencies and lenders. Bourque has fostered relationships in the business community and lending community. As an active affiliate member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, Bourque has chaired and served as member of the Golf Tournament Committee for the last 6 years. The golf committee's efforts result in dedicated contributions to a local Rhode Island Habitat for Humanity and other housing related charities. Bourque has been a member of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association for the last 6 years. In 2009, Bourque had founded and is an owner of successful Real Estate Investment Company.
